SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We take great care in tending to your crystals once they arrive and up until they depart our care. As we carefully care for your order, your crystals are cleansed and cleared and ready to come home to you. We make every effort to package your crystals securely for their journey to you, but after all, we do know mistakes can happen once they leave our care.
In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged item, we are committed to making it right. Please reach out to thewildarrowllc@gmail.com with your name, order number, pictures (required for damages) and a brief description of what needs to be resolved and we will get back to you in a timely manner with a resolution.
